Cookie Notice

Effective: 2026-05-06 · Last updated: 2026-05-06

This Cookie Notice explains how Myto Intelligence uses cookies and similar technologies. The short version: we use the minimum cookies required for authentication and operational integrity. We do not use advertising, marketing, or behavioral-tracking cookies.

1. What we use

1.1 Authentication / session cookies

When you log in, we set a session cookie to keep you logged in as you navigate the platform. This is required for the platform to function — without it, you would have to authenticate on every page. The cookie expires when you log out or after a period of inactivity.

1.2 Platform-state cookies

We may use small functional cookies to remember preferences (e.g., if you collapse a panel or accept the medical disclaimer interstitial). These have no tracking purpose and are not shared with third parties.

1.3 Security / anti-abuse

Our hosting provider (Vercel) and our database / auth provider (Supabase) may set technical cookies for security purposes including CSRF protection and session integrity verification.

2. What we do not use

  • No advertising cookies. We do not run ads. No advertising-network cookies are set (Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, etc.).
  • No third-party marketing trackers. We do not use HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar marketing- automation platforms with tracking pixels.
  • No third-party analytics beyond infrastructure providers. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, or similar consumer-grade analytics platforms. If we add analytics in the future, we will use privacy-respecting tools (e.g., Plausible, PostHog self-hosted) and update this notice.
  • No behavioral profiling. We do not build profiles of users' behavior to retarget, personalize, or sell access.
  • No cross-site tracking. Cookies set by us do not follow you to other websites.

3. Managing cookies

Most browsers allow you to view, manage, or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling authentication cookies will prevent the platform from functioning (you cannot stay logged in). For information on managing cookies in specific browsers, consult your browser's documentation.

4. Updates to this notice

If we add new cookie usage (e.g., privacy-respecting analytics in the future), we will update this notice and notify users via email for material changes.
