Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Myto Intelligence (the "platform"). By accessing the platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. About the service

Myto Intelligence is an educational reference tool that maps medications to plants and herbs sharing mechanism or indication, for use by licensed clinicians as a starting point for patient-education conversations. The platform is a product of The Myto Corp, operated on the Company's behalf by Honistee LLC (Wyoming). The Company is the provider of record; Honistee LLC is the operating service provider. 2. Eligibility

The platform is intended for use by licensed clinicians and other qualified healthcare professionals operating within their scope of practice. By signing up you represent that you are a licensed clinician (MD, DO, NP, PA, ND, PharmD, RN, or equivalent) and will use the platform within the scope of your professional license. We may verify your credentials and may revoke access if we determine you do not meet eligibility criteria.

3. Educational use only — not medical advice

The platform provides educational reference content only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It is not a clinical decision-support tool, a medical device, or a substitute for clinical judgment. You agree that all clinical decisions you make remain your professional responsibility. You will not represent platform content as constituting medical advice from us.

4. No PHI / HIPAA notice

You agree not to submit, upload, paste, or otherwise transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) of any patient through the platform — including but not limited to patient names, dates of birth, addresses, Medical Record Numbers, biometric data, or any combination of information that could reasonably identify a patient. Use abstract clinical scenarios only. We are not a HIPAA-covered entity and do not act as a HIPAA business associate; submitting PHI to the platform may violate your obligations under HIPAA, state privacy laws, and institutional policies, and is a material breach of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract the dataset for commercial redistribution; (c) interfere with or attempt to compromise platform security or other users' use; (d) impersonate another clinician or misrepresent your credentials; (e) use platform output as the basis for marketing health claims about any product, service, or therapy; (f) republish dataset content as medical advice to consumers without independent clinical verification.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, including the curated dataset, software, design, and all content, is owned by The Myto Corp and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your professional clinical reference purposes consistent with these Terms. Citations to original published research remain the intellectual property of their respective authors and publishers and are referenced under fair use / educational use principles.

7. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF DATA. Pharmacology, drug-interaction, and botanical-evidence content is synthesized from published sources and curated under reasonable care, but errors, omissions, and outdated information are possible. You are responsible for verifying any specific claim before relying on it for clinical decisions.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE MYTO CORP, HONISTEE LLC, OR ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN PROFESSIONAL RISK.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Myto Corp and Honistee LLC, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your submission of PHI in violation of Section 4, (c) your use of platform content as the basis for clinical decisions that result in patient harm, or (d) your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms or our reasonable determination that you no longer meet eligibility criteria. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. We will revise the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, notify you via email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. The Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution prior to formal legal action.
